UDM Facility Operations

Work  begins today with the demolition of the 3rd Mezzanine in the Library Teaching & Learning Center.  Please be cautious around this area and avoid any marked areas.

On Wednesday, October 27, the double doors in the Lower Level of Student Center near the west entrance will be replaced.  Work is anticipated to last from 7:00AM – 5:00PM, making the Computer Lab and Grounds CoffeeHaus inaccessible during this timeframe.  The Computer Lab in Engineering 140 will be available to users, and Grounds CoffeeHaus [...]

Renovations to the 1st floor of Quad Commons will continue on Wednesday, October 13 and Thursday, October 14.  The Commons will be open, but please avoid any cordoned off areas.  The entire Quad Commons [including SUMS] will be inaccessible on Thursday, October 14 from 8:00AM – 12:00noon.

The west entrance of Reno Hall will be partially closed beginning Wednesday afternoon due to renovations.  On Thursday, September 16, the staircase will be completely closed to traffic from 7:30AM-5:00PM.  During this time, please use the east entrance.

On Wednesday, September, 8, the first floor south end of Quad Commons will be closed off for ceiling replacement.  Repairs are scheduled for 7:00AM – 11:00AM.  During this time, SUMS Boxes will be unavailable, so please schedule accordingly.

Step two of the Chemistry Window Replacement Project is replacement of the Chemistry entrances.  Beginning next week, all exterior doors will be replaced.  During this time, please use alternate entrances when entering the building.  The following is the schedule of days/entrances of when door installations will occur: Wednesday, September 8-   East Entrance Thursday, September 9-       [...]

Demolition to the Quad Commons ceiling will begin on Tuesday, September 7.  During this project, sections of the lower level of Quad Commons will be cordoned off.  For your safety, please be aware and avoid these areas.

Renovations are now complete in the Student Center west entrance [marked "Grounds].  Two days ahead of schedule, this entrance is now available for use.  Thank you for your patience during the renovation period.

Due to ceiling replacements, the Reno Lobby will be closed between Friday, Aug. 6 and Monday, Aug. 10.   The Lobby will reopen to the public with a fresh new ceiling on Tuesday, Aug. 11. Thank you for your patience!
